Our number one goal at Utah Kidney Clinic is to help our patients thrive for as long as possible with healthy kidney function. Sometimes it becomes necessary to pursue renal replacement options. Our providers and staff understand that making choices for renal replacement therapy can be difficult. We provide compassionate and comprehensive training to help you make the best decisions for your care.
Dialysis is not the only option when kidney function declines. When renal replacement therapy is necessary, one option is kidney transplant for eligible patients. We are well versed with management of pre- and post- kidney transplant care.
When kidney transplant is not an option, we will work with you on a comprehensive plan for dialysis treatment. We are trained to manage dialysis at home or in a dialysis center. Our providers will continue to manage your care during your entire time on dialysis should this be your choice.
